Founded in 1982 by Leo D. Sarto (1940 - 1993), Change Parts, Inc.
is a privately owned business that remains owned by the Sarto family.  Throughout our history we have focused on customer service.  As an engineer to order company, it is our goal to manage our Customer's projects in a manner that delivers products and services on time with the appropriate functionality.
